CV Screen, a leading IT Recruitment Agency that recruits for organization throughout UK reveals the results of data about IT Salaries.

According to the 12 months observations, the results show that there is noticed an increase by 3.4%. The results are based on the analysis of advertisements over 2500 advertised positions and CV Screen’s IT salary survey of the corresponding time in 2006.

Analysis concluded that the average permanent IT salary in the South East region is £33,513.

Jason Price, Regional Account Manager commented on the findings that: “We’ve been experiencing continuing high demand for IT staff in 2007 and anticipated that there would be upward pressure on IT Salaries in the region and so it has proved. Our expectation is that the IT Jobs market in the South East region will remain buoyant in 2008, with continuing skills shortages in areas such as PHP, Citrix, .Net and Java.
